Very good staff .
Security here is some of the best in the business . The warmth of the sound inside this cathedral of wood is purely spiritual . The only thing keeping it from 5 stars for me is that someone stole the reserved seat i paid extra for . It seems the idea of reserved seating is a very loose concept , I really think the producers here could do more to prevent people who don't pay for seating from commiting theft of services . In future I will not purchase reserved seating , don't want to pay so much more just to get GA .
